Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview

At Chandras Arena, all court bookings are confirmed upon successful payment via Razorpay. Once a booking is confirmed, we do not offer direct monetary refunds to the customer's bank account, UPI, or card. Instead, approved cancellations are compensated through our in-app loyalty currency, Chandras Coins.

How to Request a Cancellation

Customers cannot cancel bookings directly through the website or app. To request a cancellation, please contact us via:

Cancellation Approval

All cancellation requests are reviewed by Chandras Arena management. Cancellations may be approved in the following cases:

  • Request made at least 4 hours before the booked slot
  • Court unavailability due to maintenance or emergency
  • Tournament or private event scheduled by Chandras Arena
  • Facility issues (power outage, flooding, etc.)

Chandras Arena reserves the right to reject cancellation requests made less than 4 hours before the slot or for repeated cancellations.

Chandras Coins Compensation

Upon an approved cancellation, the booking amount is credited to your account as Chandras Coins at the rate of 1 Coin = ₹1. For example, a ₹300 booking would be refunded as 300 Chandras Coins.

Chandras Coins can be used to:

  • Pay for future court bookings (full or partial payment)
  • Offset booking costs at checkout

Chandras Coins have no cash value and cannot be converted to bank transfers, UPI refunds, or card refunds.

No-Show Policy

If a customer fails to arrive for a booked slot without prior cancellation, the booking is considered a no-show. No refund or Chandras Coins compensation will be provided for no-shows.

Cancellations by Chandras Arena

If Chandras Arenacancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (maintenance, emergency, tournament scheduling), the full booking amount will be credited as Chandras Coins to the customer's account automatically. Customers will be notified via email and/or WhatsApp.

Refund to Original Payment Method

Chandras Arena does not process refunds to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card). All compensations for cancelled bookings are issued exclusively as Chandras Coins.
